Todays Intake - One regular banana = 172 calories If i knew it was that many calories i would of ate nothing. I feel like a fat failure and i can’t stop crying. I went to bed at seven because i knew that if i had of stayed awake any longer that i would end up doing something stupid. I just woke up a few minuets ago at 8:40pm and i could barely even walk. I have never felt this physically...
